Shipping Update - US and Canada🎉

Hello everyone!
The time has finally come for our north american backers to receive their decks!!! The production has now arrived in the US ( Huston) and will be at the warehouse in Dallas by the end of this week.
We will start shipping in the beginning of next week 🥳🥳🥳
We’re on track (yey!!!), the warehouse will do their very best to get all the orders processed as soon as possible. Right now they are understaffed because of Covid so they are able to process around 300 - 350 orders a day but they are working to get to 500 - 550. Once an order have been shipped it will get anywhere in the US in 5-7 working days, 7-10 days for Canada.
By the time your order has been processed at the warehouse and is on its way, you will get an email with tracking information. Please do also check your spam here, as it might end up there from experience.
We urge you to be patient until the 16th of November, the warehouse should have processed all orders by then.

Shipping Update 🎉

Hello everyone!
The European shipping (which includes all countries except US and Canada) from the warehouse is almost completed 🎉. By the end of the week all orders will be on their way to you 🥳
Many of you have already received the decks! And for the ones that have not received them it is just a matter of days.
For the US and Canada, shipping will take longer than we told you on our previous update. We are terribly sorry for this. Unfortunately the only option was to send all the decks for US and Canada (we produce in Europe) by boat and then fulfil the shipping to you with an US based warehouse. Our Broker, at the end of August, told us that the decks would have arrived in Dallas (US) by the end of this week but unfortunately that wasn't correct.
The good news is that the ship has departed from Germany and it is on its way to the US. Talking with our warehouse in the US they could actually inform us that we've been lucky, as MANY shipments are actually cancelled or completely blocked. They also told us that the timeframe from the production facility to the US is actually good (current situation considered). We're still sorry for this - the decks are on their way, as soon as they pass customs in US we can give you a more accurate timeframe. The estimate right now is to start shipping from the US warehouse between the 22nd and 26th of October.
Hope, again, you will have patience with us, we are not Amazon and this is our first Kickstarter campaign, we are doing our best to make each and everyone one of you happy🙏 Please do not hesitate to send us a message should you have any questions about your order. We will answer to each one of you ❤️
