Hi everyone!
We finally have some amazing news! The production is done and next week we start shipping! 🥳
The waiting is almost over! Thank you so much for your patience, it has been a hectic but fantastic period for us. Fantastic, thanks to all of you, for supporting our campaign and making this dream a reality!
We will start shipping the decks Tuesday 15th from our European warehouse ( they received the decks today!) We will ship all countries except US and CANADA which will be managed by our US warehouse (which still have to receive the decks). Between 25th and 30th of September we are going to start shipping to US and Canada 🤩
Depending a bit on where you are in the world the decks will unfortunately arrive at different times, especially because of the current state of the world, so we ask you a little bit of patience. Do not worry though we will update everyone as soon as their shipping has been dispatched, so that YOU know when yours is on its way 🥰
We are so excited to get the decks to you and hope that you are as excited that the time has finally come!

Shipping update 🤩

Hello everyone!
We know that lots of you are awaiting the decks and are wondering when they are going to be shipped.
In our last update we were hoping to be able to start shipping by the end of August. 😩
Unfortunately our producer had to slow down the production even more of the decks due to the safety regulation regarding the spreading of the COVID-19 in Europe.
We've been assured that the full production should be completed by September the 2nd, we are going to ship half of the production to the US and half in our European Logistic center since it is not possible to ship everything from the UK.
We estimate to ship your order between the 10th and 15th of September if you live in Europe, Africa and between the 24th and 30th of September if you live in US, Canada or South America, Asia, Oceania. The shipment will take 3 to 7 working days depending on your country. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this delay might cause.🙏
We also remain at total disposal if you have any further question regarding your order.

PRODUCTION UPDATE 🎉

Hi Everyone,
This is whole team writing !
Production is working progress ! 🎉
We tasked the manufacturer with a massive production of more than 10'000 decks and this is taking longer than expected (When we launched our KS campaign we didn’t expect so many orders!😅).
Our manufacturer is doing his best to respect both our deadline and the safety measures in the factory. These measures slightly slow down production times compared to the pre-Covid period.
The printing of Giulia's drawings along with the manufacturing of the tank tops are moving forward as expected!
Once all of these items are ready, they will be sent to our fulfillment center and we are going to ship them to you ❤️
SHIPMENT
Our logistic partner, informed us that deliveries are moving a bit slower, especially overseas. Furthermore shipping companies are charging extra costs due to current COVID situation. Additional safety measures in the facilities and the reduced aerial traffic makes everything more expensive.
As you know, we promised "Free Shipping" worldwide. And we are going to keep our promise 😀 even if in a few countries we are going to have a little loss.
We are sorry not to be able to meet the expected deadline. We are living unprecedented conditions that are slowing down the process but we are doing our best to deliver PlayPauseBe to all our amazing backers as fast as possible!
If things keeps running smoothly as they are now we are going to start shipping between the week of August 17th and August 24th.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this delay might cause.
We will keep you updated about the end of the production and later on of the beginning of the fulfillment.

Hi Everyone,
Here we are with a new update!
On June 7th we sent out the survey to collect all the addresses through our pledge manager Backerkit!
Many of you wrote us saying that you did not receive the email. Often though, it simply ended up being in the spam folder of your email account.
Just to make the process as smooth as possible, we would like to point out that you should have already received an e-mail from Backerkit with subject: "Response Needed -- Get your reward for PlayPauseBe - Play Yoga. Pause Stress. Be Awesome."
and also a second email with subject "Reminder -- Response needed to deliver your reward for PlayPauseBe - Play Yoga. Pause Stress. Be Awesome."
If you did not receive any of this e-mails, please double check in your spam/promotions/update folder. If still you do not find it, please send us a direct message with the email you used to pledge and we will send you the link to the survey!
We promise you to make sure that everyone will get the reward pledged! It is our mission, so no worries!
This week, kickstarter released the funds raised to start the production of the decks (finally!)😅.
We have been able than to confirm and process the order to the manufacturer of the cards for more than 10'000 decks overall.
By the end of the next week they are going to start the production 🎉.
After the production process is over we will immediately start to ship the decks from our warehouse in the UK.
The shipments will take 3 - 5 days for Europe and 5 -7 for United States and the rest of the world.
We hope that the COVID situation will not slow down the whole process, at the moment though everything is moving forward as expected but we will keep you updated on every single step!

Quick Update - Survey & add ons 😍

Hi Everyone,
in the last update we said that by the 1st of July we would have sent out the survey to collect all the addresses. Well... we were ready to click "send to all" when our partners from Backerkit suggested to postpone it, and they convinced us!
Some of you did not manage to finalize the payment yet. This usually happens because some cards expired or other possible technical issues. We want to give to everyone the possibility to update the new data and accomplish the payment.
Second, soon is the 4th of July. If we would have send it today, many of you would have filled out the survey in the weekend and Backerkit support team (US based) will be in a well deserved holiday in those days and we want to make sure that in case you have questions about something you will get a quick answer.
This is why we decided to send the survey on Tuesday the 7th.
During the campaign many of you asked us about Maria's tank top. So we decided to make it available among all the options that you have to expand your pledge on Backerkit!🤩
